    Order Status To track your order, please refer to the Shipping Confirmation email and select "Track Your Order."

    Shipping Rules & Restrictions • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. • You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped. You may be billed for items purchased with a debit or bank card immediately upon order confirmation. • In the event that UPS is unable to deliver your package, they will transfer the package to USPS for delivery. • If you have any additional questions, please contact us

    Returns Policy We accept returns of unused and unworn items within 30 days (effective 8/14/2021) from the date your order was shipped. Please note that your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other packaging materials. Once the return is received by our warehouse, please allow 7-14 business days for processing. You will receive an email notification when your return has completed processing, and a refund will be made in the form of the original payment within 3-5 business days. Final sale items are not eligible for a return, refund or credit. How to Return Need to make a return? No problem. Start A Return When you click Start A Return, follow the prompts to receive a printable, pre-paid shipping label. We will issue a refund, less $7.95 return delivery fee, to your original form of payment. To ensure your return is processed and refunded quickly, please include your unworn items with tags attached along with the printed return slip. If you have any further questions or experience difficulty retrieving your return documents, please contact our Customer Service team. Incorrect Item, Color Or Size If we shipped you the incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team. It is important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we may assist you with return delivery fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return charges. Before you call, please have your order number available and be prepared with a detailed description of the difference between the item you ordered and the item you received.
